Blind Alfred Reed Remembered.

Beverly Duncan-Edleman recently wrote to Document Records;

I just received my CD of "Blind Alred Reed; Complete Recorded Works In Chronological Order 1927-1929" (DOCD-8022) in the mail and am so pleased to have this collection.

I am originally from Pipestem, West Virginia and remember when Arville Reed played the 78 records of his father`s and his songs to my parents and me when I was a little girl in the 1970`s on Sunday afternoons when we went to visit him and his wife, Etta. They were like an uncle and aunt to me.
